- Is your tenancy a commercial lease?
- Do you have cladding on the walls?
- Do you have floor covers?
- Was the original floor a concrete slab?
- Does the ceiling need to be stripped back to its original state?

- Electrical – Do you have 3 phase, 2 phase or both?
- Is there Gas?
- Do you have air-conditioning and does it need to be degassed and removed?
