What Does 'Defit' Mean?

‘Defit’ is the process of either partially or fully stripping out the current fit-out in your premisses.          A defit can include:

What Does 'Make Good' Mean

‘Make Good’ is a term to describe returning a premise to its original state, for the sake of re-leasing or re-fitting. Our ‘Make Good’ services include:

  • Flooring Make Good
  • Patch and Painting
  • Signage and Decal Removal

What Does 'Strip Out' Mean?

‘Strip outs’ involve removing any existing fit out in order to hand it over in the same condition as when you moved in. After the ‘strip out’, there may be make-good works required to the tenancy so that it is ready for their new tenant. We can provide the following ‘strip out’ services:
